    Columnist

In February, 2002 I started writing a weekly computer newspaper column entitled "Double Clicks". A longer column, "Mouse Trails" was started in the summer of 2004. These columns are written for the average home and business computer users to learn how to use their computers more efficiently. The columns are driven by readers' questions. Currently I have over 400 published bylines.

I also provide the "Microsoft Office Help Desk".
